Fred founded Lufasco Inc. (Lubker Fastener Company) in 1967 and led the company until it was sold in 1998. He was active in the NFDA. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Joanne; children Pamela, Frederick III, Christopher and Benjamin; along with his nine grandchildren.
