Kaihara was the 2002 president of the Chicago Bolt, Nut & Screw Association when he was with World Washer & Stamping Co. Inc. (CBNSA became the Mid-West Fastener Association in 2004). Morgan Ohare is located in Addison, Illinois, a western suburb of Chicago.
