Over the next few weeks existing customers will be receiving a username and password which will allow access to the online ordering system at www.crescentmanufacturing.com. New customers will have the opportunity to register on the website to gain access to purchase existing inventory. Once in the portal customers can access inventory, price parts and place orders for existing inventory. There will also be the ability to upload prints and request quotes for parts not in stock. The next step in the integration plan is to offer customers full access to the Crescent ERP system to receive quotes, place orders and track those orders as they move through the manufacturing process. The full roll out of options is expected to be complete by 4th quarter 2022. Any customers who would like a demonstration of the expanded capabilities available on the Crescent website can visit us at the Fastener Fair in Detroit, May 17 through the 19th where we will be exhibiting in booth 245.
