Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) System is a Big Hit As a supplier of “Class C” items for many customers, they need to be creative and offer customized solutions that allow them to stand above the competition. For many customers, this means implementing a Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) program. In this day and age, there is no such thing as a “standard” VMI program. They have successfully implemented many Scan and Fill, Kan Ban, and other Just in Time (JIT) programs throughout their customer base.
