90 THE DISTRIBUTOR’S LINK R&R Engineering is excited to announce that in 2023 we are scheduled to receive seven new high speed U-bolt manufacturing machines. The additional equipment will give R&R over 100 thread rolling machines in service. They will also allow us to reduce the down time between similar sized production runs as more machines will be available for each diameter size we offer. All the new equipment being delivered will convert coiled wire into finished products. We currently employ 45 dedicated workers in our 235,000 sq. ft. facility (90,000 sq. ft. of production space and 145,000 sq. ft. of warehousing). With the overwhelming amount of warehouse space we have available, we are able to offer our customers a robust stock and release program allowing months of inventory to be readily available upon request. Our current quality management system complies with and is certified to ISO 9001:2015. Established in Summitville, Indiana in 1969, where our operations remain, we can produce threaded parts ranging from 10-24 up to 1-8 and M6-1.0 to M24-3.0 in grades 2,5 and 8 right in the heartland of America.
